I have been selling real estate since 1986. There have been a lot of ups and downs in the home market. A buyer or seller may be able to sell or buy their own home, but there are many other things involved in these processes. For example: inspections (radon, home inspections, roof, mold, pest/bug), lead base paint, earnest money, title companies, contractors/builders just to name a few.
I have also been involved with the building/construction since 1969. My husband is a general contractor/builder and my oldest son is now working with him to learn the business. I have worked with my husband during the years helping with the building and remodeling of homes.
